Who else handles it

Our website, newsletter (Squarespace Email Campaigns) and site analytics all run on Squarespace. Squarespace processes your data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, and only to provide those services.

Squarespace may store data in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can read more in Squarespace's privacy policy.

We'll only share your data with anyone else if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can just email us.

  • Email enquiries: for 2 years after our last contact with you, then we delete them.

  • Client records: if we work together, we keep invoices and contracts for as long as Irish tax and company law requires (currently 6 years).

Cookies

Our site uses cookies that are essential for it to work, like keeping it secure and remembering your cookie choice. These don't need your consent.

We also use Squarespace analytics cookies to see how the site is used. These only run if you click accept on our cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime through the cookie settings link in our footer, or clear cookies in your browser.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the data we hold about you

  • correct anything that's wrong

  • delete your data

  • restrict or object to how we use it

  • send your data to you or another organisation in a usable format

  • stop using your data where you gave consent (this won't affect anything we did before)

Just email hello@rayncollective.ie. We'll reply within one month, and it's free.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, we'd love the chance to put it right first. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's data protection regulator.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with the date it changed.
